Job Title : Overseas Education Counsellor

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Overseas Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students and parents in making informed decisions about studying abroad. This role also involves cold tele-calling prospective students to promote our services and drive lead generation.

Key Responsibilities : Counselling :

• Provide expert advice to students and parents about international education, including course options, eligibility requirements, application procedures, and visa processes.
• Assist students in identifying and applying to universities and programs that align with their academic goals and career aspirations.
• Address student queries regarding university rankings, scholarships, and other study-related concerns.
• Follow up with students throughout the application process to ensure a smooth journey.

Cold Tele-Calling :

• Initiate calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about our services, webinars, and study abroad opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by contacting leads from various sources.
• Address initial questions, assess interest, and schedule further consultations with senior counselors or webinars.

Sales and Lead Conversion :

• Work to meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, conversion and enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management :

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
• Provide ongoing support to students after enrolment, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and success.

Market Awareness :

• Stay updated on admission processes, university requirements, and global education trends.
• Share insights and feedback with the team to improve service offerings.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in any field (a background in education or counseling is a plus).
• Prior experience in academic counseling, tele-calling, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (or the regional language).
• Ability to handle objections, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
• A genuine passion for helping students achieve their education goals.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
