Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling and Guidance:

- Provide detailed information and advice to students and their parents about educational opportunities abroad.

- Assess students' academic and personal backgrounds to recommend appropriate institutions and courses.

2. Application Management:

- Assist students in the preparation and submission of their application documents.

- Ensure all application requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.

3. Documentation and Compliance:

- Verify and organize student documentation, ensuring compliance with admission policies of various institutions.

- Assist students in preparing for interviews, if required by institutions.

4. Liaison with Institutions:

- Communicate with overseas universities and colleges to stay updated on admission requirements, changes, and new courses.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions.

5. Visa and Immigration Support:

- Provide information and assistance regarding visa applications and immigration processes.

- Ensure students are aware of the requirements and processes involved in obtaining a study visa.

6. Event Coordination:

- Organize and participate in educational fairs, webinars, and other events to promote study abroad opportunities.

- Represent Orion Study Abroad Consultancy at these events to provide information and answer inquiries.

7. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications, communications, and outcomes.

- Use CRM tools to manage student data and follow up with leads.

8. Marketing and Outreach:

- Assist in developing marketing materials and strategies to attract prospective students.

- Conduct outreach activities, including school visits, to inform potential students about study abroad options.

9. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents, addressing queries and concerns promptly.

- Follow up with students to ensure a smooth transition to their chosen institution.

10. Reporting:

- Prepare and present regular reports on student applications, admissions, and other key metrics to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Education:Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related field.

- Experience:Minimum of 1 years of experience in educational consulting, admissions, or a related field.

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of various international education systems and visa processes.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in an international education setting.

- Knowledge of foreign languages.

- Proven track record of achieving student admission targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
