Job Title : Overseas Education Counsellor (Female Candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Provide expert guidance to students on studying abroad options, universities, courses, admission requirements, and career prospects.
Understand students' educational background, goals, and financial capabilities to recommend the best-fit programs and destinations.
Application Process:
Assist students in preparing and submitting applications, ensuring all documents meet university and country-specific requirements.
Provide support in drafting and editing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Letters of Recommendation (LORs), and resumes.
Visa Assistance:
Guide students through visa application processes, including documentation, interview preparation, and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on immigration policies for countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe.
Information Dissemination:
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group workshops, and webinars for students and parents.
Provide information on entrance exams like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc., and their relevance to specific programs.
Networking and Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and partner organizations.
Stay informed about scholarship opportunities, admission updates, and new academic programs.
Pre-Departure Support:
Provide pre-departure orientations, including accommodation options, cultural insights, and travel tips.
Ensure students are well-prepared for their journey abroad.
Follow-Up and Reporting:
Track students' progress throughout the application cycle and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Master's degree in any field ( preferred).
1-3 years of experience as an education counsellor, preferably in the study abroad sector.
Knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge:
Understanding of standardized tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT) and their requirements for different universities and countries.
Awareness of visa and immigration policies for major study-abroad destinations.

Pay: ?20,876.99 - ?40,747.24 per month
