We are Hiring Overseas Counselor for a well known leading study abroad consultancy .

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Bhubaneswar

:

• Providing overseas career counseling to the interested leads for the required services
• Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, interests, and areas for improvement, and use this information for profile building.
• Advise students on course, country & university selection, eligibility requirements, and other academic-related matters
• Regular follow up on old and new leads and communicating with clients on a regular basis till the end of the service period & beyond.
• Handle client queries via emails, telephone and 1-on-1 meetings, and resolving any issues which they may be facing
• Preparing MIS reports on the number of calls done and record feedback against each lead on a daily basis. Give inputs on the quality of leads received from different sources
• Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the Senior Management Team pertaining to Overseas education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in the said role
• Excellent Communication skills - both verbal & written Ability to prepare MIS reports on a regular basis for decision making
• Knowledge of overseas education sector is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
