The OCS CAD/BIM Design Engineer is an expert in designing and modifying 2D/3D drawings in the adequate CAD/BIM software used/required by technical environment in which he or she works (Revit, AECOsim, AutoCAD, Microstation, Navisworks). This role underlies a solid understanding of the specific OCS Infrastructure design discipline and experience with the appropriate CAD/BIM design tools. Produce the necessary design and engineering workload and deliver with excellence at the right time and the right quality, Participate at the REX (Return of Experience) of the project, Provide support to one or several Bids in line with policies, standards, regulation, and customer specifications. Organisation Reporting The position reports hierarchically and functionally to the OCS ETL. Network & Links The OCS CAD/BIM Design Engineer will liaise with: Engineering: The project/tender Design team, the related regional/central Design team and other Infra/System Design teams, Project: The project/tender management team, Site: The project construction and Test & Commissioning teams, Support functions : Sourcing External interface: Suppliers, Subcontractors, Partners, Customers Performance Measurement/KPI\'s The OCS CAD/BIM Design Engineer\'s work will be evaluated according to: The following points for the documentation produced by his project Design team: On-time delivering: 100%, Respect of Design For Quality milestones: 100% Go On Time, in accordance with the standards or rules of his Metier, Respect of performances of the system Designed: 100%. Main Responsibilities: The OCS CAD/BIM Design Engineer produces a part of the OCS Basic Design on the project/tender: OCS General Arrangements OCS Technical specifications OCS Assemblies & parts OCS Layout rules OCS Calculation rules and notes OCS Feeding and Earthing and Bonding (E&B) principles OCS interfaces specifications The OCS CAD/BIM Design Engineer produces a part of the OCS Detailed, Construction and As-built Design on the project/tender: OCS Layouts OCS Pegging Plan OCS Schematics OCS Calculation sheets OCS Mounting sheets OCS Feeding studies OCS interfaces with Bridges/Structures studies OCS Earthing and Bonding (E&B) studies and drawings BOQs Produce drawings and BIM models consistent with instruction, guidelines, and CAD/BIM standards Generate BIM models with dedicated tools (Revit MEP) Draft/generate plans, diagrams and schedule in Revit and/or AutoCAD drawings Contribute the enforcement of good practices within the design team Provide technical support to Construction and Test and Commissioning teams with regards to design issues, Participate to the As-built documentation drawings modifications. Knowledge & Experience : Graduated from engineering school in Electrical Science. Mastering of 2D/3D CAD/BIM software tools (AutoCad, Revit,etc) and usual office softwares, A minimum of three years of experience within design engineering department (OCS will be highly appreciated), Good knowledge and experience in the OCS technology is highly appreciated. Ability to execute Basic and Detailed Design studies. Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently. Possess Excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Fluent English and Greek, Good drafting of written documents. Autonomy, motivated, initiative and interested in technical topics. Problem solving mindset with attention to detail and good analytical skills. Effective interpersonal skills.
