Job Description
We are seeking a driven and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in building and expanding our presence within the agency channel, partnering with independent insurance agents to offer our life insurance products.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a network of independent insurance agents within your assigned territory.- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify clients\' life insurance requirements and risk profiles.- Present and explain life insurance policy options to agents and their clients, ensuring a clear understanding of coverage, benefits, and exclusions.- Partner with agents to customize insurance solutions that meet the specific needs and budgets of individual clients.
