The average income for seasoned Factory Reps exceeds $200K with our top performing Factory Reps earning in excess of $300K. Who You Are Qualifications To be successful, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School Diploma An individual\'s motor vehicle record must comply with company requirements Customer Service oriented Ability to create rapport and problem solve Desire to succeed and have a competitive nature Previous in home selling experience preferred Ability to use computers, tablets, and other forms of technology Travel Requirements Ability to travel for initial sales training.
