- Ideation of events and sessions to generate student leads and enhance silver fern\xe2\x80\x99s brand awareness.
- Event Coordination of Silver Fern\xe2\x80\x99s signature events and Conducting sessions and engagement activities in career desk schools.
- Write, update, edit and oversee the production and design of printed materials and develop and implement PR strategies.
- Supervision of all social media marketing activities and promotions
- Assisting Outreach Manager in all day-to-day activities.
- Preparing presentations for Outreach, Promotion, and Marketing activities to be conducted.
- Maintaining a record of the budget spent on outreach activities.
- Creating annual, quarterly, and monthly timelines of the outreach plan.
- Blog Writing
- Research
- Proposal creation
- Internal Meetings
- Cloud Updation
- Bills Sheet updation and management
- PR research and coordination
- Events/ Marketing opportunties research
- Handling queries on social media platforms
- Content Writing
- Travel to Vendors/ Venues/ Schools for requirement coordination Sheets maintenance and updation.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years\' of experience in outreach & promotions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Day shift
