Wbcom Designs, a leader in WordPress theme and plugin development, is looking for an Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Lucknow. This vital role involves building and maintaining relationships with other agencies and product companies, managing communications, and ensuring timely follow-ups to foster partnerships and collaborations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be adept at managing multiple priorities, and have a keen interest in the digital and tech industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and product companies.
- Coordinate and manage communication between our team and external partners.
- Schedule and keep track of follow-ups to ensure timely responses and actions.
- Organize meetings, calls, and presentations with potential and existing partners.
- Prepare reports on the status of ongoing outreach efforts and outcomes.
- Assist in the development of outreach strategies to enhance visibility and collaborative opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and interaction history.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.

Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1- 2 years in an outreach, public relations, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must to have.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
