About the role:

Student Mobilization Team

Location : Bhubaneshwar / Cuttack

Start Date : Immediate

Qualification : Any Degree

Languages : Very good spoken English, Hindi & Odia. Knowledge of reading & writing Odia would be added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promoting Awareness: Create awareness about the training program among students through posters, social media, email campaigns, or announcements. Organize orientation sessions to explain the benefits of the training.
• Identifying Target Groups: Identify and categorize students based on their skills, interests, or eligibility for the training program.
• Registration and Enrollment: Assist in the registration process by guiding students on how to enroll. Maintain a database of enrolled participants for future communication.
• Facilitating Communication: Act as a bridge between the training organizers and students by addressing inquiries. Regularly update students about schedules, requirements, or any changes.
• Encouraging Participation: Motivate students to actively engage in the program by highlighting its importance for skill development and career growth. Address any concerns or hesitations that students might have.
• Logistics Support: Help in managing on-ground logistics like setting up venues, ensuring availability of resources, and coordinating participant attendance. Ensure smooth coordination on the day of the training.
• Teamwork: Work closely with trainers, faculty, and program organizers to ensure all aspects of mobilization are handled effectively. Need to work closely with the backend design team, support team and delivery team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
