1. Communicate with corporate clients, the public, the government, and external sources
2. Support existing/ interested clients with queries related to the platform and redirect them to the main team
3. Prepare an engagement calendar and keep a track of the same
4. Reach out to clients who have registered as volunteers and share details about events
5. Identify and generate new opportunities in partnership with the sales and marketing team
6. Engage with the client team as and when needed
7. Help clients in setting up profiles on the portal and onboarding support and drive successful registrations
8. Track the progress of each project and work to manage the resources and timelines for each one, including the teams working on them
9. Prepare reports on the projects to identify achievements and goals met as well as to highlight any areas for improvement going forward
10. Work on introducing new ideas for physical and virtual volunteering events and generating good quality content to drive engagement
