Job Title: Output Specialist (Printing & Packaging)Location: KolkataJob Type: Full-time:We are currently seeking experienced Output Specialists to join our team in the printing and packaging industry. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in printing packaging, with a strong focus on packaging output for the offset industry. Candidates with knowledge of gravure printing will be preferred. The role requires expertise in separating RGB data into special colors and ensuring accurate output for high-quality packaging materials.Responsibilities: * Utilize specialized software and tools to prepare digital files for printing, ensuring accurate color separation and output for packaging materials.

• Collaborate with designers and clients to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise in color management and output processes.
• Perform color separations and conversion of RGB data into special colors, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the production process.
• Conduct pre-flight checks on digital files to identify and resolve any potential issues related to color, resolution, and printability.
• Work closely with printing operators to ensure proper setup and calibration of printing equipment for optimal output quality.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to color reproduction, trapping, and registration to minimize production delays and errors.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in color management, printing technologies, and packaging production techniques.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on color separation techniques and output processes.
