Outlet Supervisor
Job Description
• Supervise and train staff to deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure all customers receive a warm welcome and outstanding service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
• Analyze sales reports and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products to maintain quality.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in managing the outlet's budget and financial goals.
• Handle cash management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
