- Staff management: Recruit, train, and schedule kitchen and delivery staff.
- Customer service: Ensure exceptional service, handle inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Oversee food preparation, orders, inventory, and compliance.
- Quality control: Maintain food standards, kitchen cleanliness, and address issues promptly.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate on promotional strategies, monitor sales, and analyze market trends.
- Proven managerial experience in food service, preferably in cloud kitchens.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt, and work flexible hours.
