Role And Responsibilities The Senior Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing the hotel and restaurant outlets, ensuring high-quality guest service, and the profitability of the business. Additional responsibilities include: Supervising staff and overseeing training programs Developing budgets and managing expenses Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Ordering and maintaining inventory Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Candidate Qualifications The candidate must meet the following qualifications: At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar management role A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality Required Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software Thorough knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations Ability to manage budgets and financial statements Skills: 0-1 year exp,hotel management,qsr
