Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team at Carbon Cube Jewels, a leading player in the CVD Diamond jewellery industry. This role requires a proactive and passionate sales professional with a strong interest in the jewellery sector and a proven track record in sales.

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, and representing our brand at various exhibitions and events across India. Your role will be crucial in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and target potential customers in the jewellery industry, including retail outlets, wholesalers, and dealers
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
• Actively generate leads through cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client queries and orders
• Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels

Exhibitions & Events :

• Represent the company at jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
• Promote the brand, showcase products, and network with industry professionals to generate leads
• Travel to different cities for exhibitions and client meetings, as required

Reporting & Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
• Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager and track progress against set targets
• Manage and update the customer database, ensuring it remains current and organized.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education : Minimum of a graduate degree in any field

Experience : 1 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working with a jewellery company is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for sales and achieving targets
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and exhibitions
