The Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales and building strong customer relationships through phone calls, emails, and online communication. Key duties include prospecting for new clients, presenting products or services, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Research and qualify potential clients to ensure they are a good fit for our ERP solutions.
• Sales Presentations:
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations over the phone or via web conferencing tools.
• Highlight the features and benefits of our ERP solutions to potential clients.
-Achieve sales targets and quotas.
-Maintain customer records in CRM systems.
-Provide exceptional customer service and support.
-Identify and target potential clients through research and networking.
-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Provide technical support and product information to customers.
-Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
Qualifications :
-Proven sales experience.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Proficiency with CRM software.
-Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
