Customer Support Sales Executive(International voice process)
Responsibilities:
• Setting the sales goal and developing the sales target.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via phone, email, or chat.
• Any background in the international voice procedure will be given top importance.
• Preparing and sending quote proposals.
• Understand all the prospect's needs, problems, or wants.
• Willing to learn new things about new product details.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Report to the management team.
Requirement:
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant expertise in customer support, sales, BPO, and US voice processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with our industry is a plus and Sales discounts.
• Good time-management skills.
• Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach.
Education: Any Degree
Experience: 1+ yrs in sales calls (B2B & B2C in North America)
Experienced male Candidates only preferred to make Sales calls for US clients in the Madurai location.
Potential to earn up to one lakh or more per month.
