Job Summary:

The Outbound Specialist will play a key role in driving new business by making outbound calls to potential leads, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Outreach:

- Make outbound calls to a list of potential leads provided by the marketing or sales team. - Engage prospects by clearly articulating the value proposition of the company's products/services.

- Build rapport and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of client needs.

2. Sales Conversion:

- Close deals with qualified leads by guiding them through the sales process and addressing their concerns or objections.

- Negotiate terms and prices within established company guidelines to secure agreements.

3. Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up:

- Follow up on leads that have shown interest.

- Send follow-up emails or schedule additional calls to ensure that leads are continuously engaged.

4. CRM Management & Reporting:

- Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and prospects.

- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results, providing regular updates to the Business Development Manager.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure lead quality and alignment with target customer profiles.

- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.

6. Continuous Learning & Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors to better address client needs.

- Participate in training programs and workshops to continually improve sales skills and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with leads.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
