Job Title: Telesales Agent / Telesales sales manager ( Telecallers)Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and converting leads into sales through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques over the phone.Responsibilities:1. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and enhance the customer experience.Candidate Requirements:1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.4. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
