We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Outbound Sales/Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new business opportunities, and initiating outreach to potential customers to increase sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential customers through various channels (e.g., online research, social media, industry events, and databases).
Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound leads for follow-up by the sales team.
Create targeted lists of prospects and categorize leads based on potential for conversion.
Outbound Sales Outreach:
Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to engage with potential clients and set appointments for the sales team.
Develop and deliver compelling messaging to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
Nurture leads by understanding their needs and positioning products/services effectively.
CRM Management:
Update and maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Track and report on the status of leads, including feedback, conversion rates, and sales pipeline progress.
Market research & targeting:
Research industry trends, customer challenges, and competitor offerings to improve lead generation strategies.
Stay informed about new products, services, and offerings to better address prospect needs.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with account executives and sales managers to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to the sales process.
Provide relevant information to assist in the closing of deals.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Provide regular performance reports, including lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or similar roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage prospects effectively and build rapport over the phone and email.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Knowledge of CRM software and sales automation tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of market research techniques and tools is a plus.
Education can be a 12th/bachelor degree.
An intern for the business development roll is also welcome.
Have to have international call center experience.
Sales/Cold Calling Experience is an added advantage.
