Outbound Sales Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients to generate leads and set up meetings. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various sales techniques. Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
