Job Description

Role Overview:

The Telecalling Executive will play a key role in driving sales and customer engagement by making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships over the phone, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote salon services and offers.
• Contact existing clients for feedback, upselling, and cross-selling services.
• Sales and Target Achievement:
• Identify customer needs and pitch appropriate salon services to convert leads into appointments or sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing queries, providing service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a customer database and update it with relevant details and feedback.
• Promotions and Campaigns:
• Inform customers about current offers, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Assist in running marketing campaigns through phone outreach.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure smooth customer scheduling and service delivery.
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams to align telecalling efforts with overall business objectives.
• Reporting:
• Record and track all customer interactions, sales conversions, and call outcomes.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC). A degree in any field is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Persuasive and confident with a customer-first attitude.
• Proficiency in CRM software or tools is an advantage.
• Personal Attributes:
• Target-driven and result-oriented.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
