We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and representing our services to prospective clients in person.

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, networking, and market research.
• Conduct in-person meetings to present Sturdy Groups' services and offerings.
• Lead Conversion:
• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Gather market insights and competitor information to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and sales team to refine strategies and improve customer acquisition efforts.
• Sales Presentations:
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing Sturdy Groups' expertise and services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM tools.
• Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and designers, to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry.
• Fresher candidates with excellent communication and a strong willingness to learn are also welcome.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in English and Kannada.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Other Requirements:
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore.
• Knowledge of the construction and interiors market in Bangalore is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
