Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant (Freelancer/Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, or social media to generate leads and drive sales.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Present and promote company products and services effectively to prospective clients.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely records of interactions and outcomes.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
• Basic understanding of education industry is preferred.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and necessary tools for remote work (e.g., laptop, headset).
