We have an urgent requirement for the position of customer Success Associate

We are hiring for one for our client in Gurugram location for Customer Success Associate.

• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Process: Domestic process ( Phonepe ML Sales)
• Position: Customer Success Associate
• Interview mode: HR Round; Ops Round; Joining formalities; Joining
• Position: Customer Support Executive - MaleFemale both can consider
• Skill set: Excellent coms in English/Hindi (verbal and written communication skills)
• Qualification: Grad/Under Grad Both can be Picked
• Experience: Fresher and Experience both can apply
• Salary: 25000 CTC to 29000 CTC
• Shift: 24/7, Rotational Shift / 6 Days working // 1 Weekly Off
• Roles and Responsibility: Handling Customer Queries
• Cab Facility: NO

Roles and Responsibilities: -

1. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

2. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

3. Resolving customer queries quickly and efficiently.

4. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

5. A team player with leadership skills.

6. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

NOTE :- This is not a hard core sales procedure; Associates only need to brief the customer on the sale.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?29,000.00 per month
