• Engage in outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
• Maintain an updated database of customer information and interactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets set by the management.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective calling strategies.
• Report and provide feedback on customer responses and concerns.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and customer service skills.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
