Job Description
Position: Outbound Calling Specialist
Location: Gurgaon
Salary Package: ?22,000 - ?35,000 (depending on last salary)
Incentives: Mandatory in each and every month
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers/clients as per the company's requirements.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of products/services to potential customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries and concerns.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling ( BPO sector/ Sales ) preferred .
• Excellent communication skills in English .
• No experience gap exceeding 15 days.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Must be motivated and driven to achieve monthly incentives.
