Imagine being in the heart of this transformation journey and ambition!As the OTI & Productivity Hub Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our OTI & Productivity hub services, and in particular our Corporate Business Units, Services and Divisions. You will be responsible for ensuring all tracker activities performed in our center of excellence for your portfolio of services meet the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness and customer centricity while being in accordance with clearly defined service level agreements with the various internal stakeholders. Your attention to detail will be critical in driving informed decision-making and transforming the way we work in Finance.Key responsibilities:1. General Team Participation:\xc2\xb7 Participate in local FP&A team activities, rhythms, and output OTI & productivity consolidation.\xc2\xb7 Support, participate and ensure both, annual / 3 YP and forecasting cycle processes and reporting for OTI & productivity.\xc2\xb7 Support ad-hoc consolidated analysis and P&L management.\xc2\xb7 Participate in month-end close analyses and reporting activities.2. Essential Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Ensure quality and control of both, OTI & productivity trackers.\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper controls, procedures, and policies are followed.\xc2\xb7 Ensure quality and control of all trackers.\xc2\xb7 Assist in all enhancements and data maintenance/governance of all trackers.\xc2\xb7 Continuously assess and report on data quality and process performance.\xc2\xb7 Assist and support months end close process and ad hoc analytical projects.3. Financial Control / Systems and Automation:\xc2\xb7 Work with systems like SAP4 Hanna, NEA, PowerBI and OneStream.\xc2\xb7 Align system data and ensure proper controls and procedures are followed.\xc2\xb7 Control and analysis of monthly closing against USGAAP policies.\xc2\xb7 Participate in automation and process standardization.\xc2\xb7 Ensure proper controls, procedures, and policies are followed.4. Ad Hoc / Project Work:\xc2\xb7 Regular updates on all trackers.\xc2\xb7 Handle ad hoc tasks like investigate variance analysis and drivers.\xc2\xb7 Analyze current and past trends with key performance indicators.\xc2\xb7 Continuously assess and report on data quality and process performance.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 At least 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis or Business Analytics\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance / qualified accountantDeep knowledge of accounting (USGAAP, Accruals/matching concept, capitalization rules)\xc2\xb7 CA/CFA/CIMA/CPA Degree (Preferred but will also consider Inter pass and working towards full qualification)\xc2\xb7 Multi national company experience\xc2\xb7 Global exposure\xc2\xb7 Fluent in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.) and ERP systems\xc2\xb7 Experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI etc.) is highly preferred\xc2\xb7 Experience of a EPM, such as Anaplan, One Stream, Hyperion, etc\xc2\xb7 Critical Thinking- able to analyze and demonstrate problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Track record of success in FP&A roles\xc2\xb7 Adaptability and change-oriented mindset - able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while working on projects across various fields\xc2\xb7 Communication skills (Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with senior stakeholders)\xc2\xb7 Can demonstrate Customer Centricity\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and capable of collaborating within multifunctional teams\xc2\xb7 Fluency in English, both verbal and written.\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and highest standards of accuracy and precision.\xc2\xb7 Very organized and detail oriented with an ability to be flexible and independent\xc2\xb7 Ability to think creatively and be self-motivated.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlinesAdditional Information
