Job Description

We are seeking an experienced OT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of the OT.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Surgical Procedures: Assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during surgical procedures, including preparing patients, maintaining a sterile environment, and handling surgical instruments.

2. Maintain Sterile Environment: Ensure the OT is maintained in a sterile condition, including cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking supplies.

3. Prepare OT Equipment: Prepare and maintain OT equipment, including anesthesia machines, ventilators, and surgical instruments.

4. Assist in Patient Care: Assist in patient care, including transferring patients, positioning patients, and providing basic care.

5. Maintain OT Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of OT procedures, including patient information, surgical procedures, and equipment used.

6. Collaborate with OT Team: Collaborate with the OT team, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses, to ensure smooth operation of the OT.

7. Participate in Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: Diploma in OT Technology or equivalent.

2. Experience: 3 years of experience as an OT Technician in a hospital setting.

3. Certification: Certification in OT Technology or equivalent.

4. Skills: Strong knowledge of OT procedures, equipment, and supplies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
