Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OT Staff Nurse to join our Borneo Mother and Childcare Nashik team. The OT Staff Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to mothers and children undergoing surgical procedures in our operating theatre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and readily available.

Collaborate with the surgical team to provide safe and effective patient care during surgical procedures.

Monitor patients' vital signs and assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.

Administer medications and intravenous fluids as directed by the attending surgeon and anesthesiologist.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative education and support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.

Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction in the operating theatre.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse license of Maharashtra State

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Minimum of 1+ of experience in perioperative nursing, preferably in a mother and child care setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
