Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• OT Incharge administers, directs and coordinates activities of patient care administration within surgical services unit.
• Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery.
• Maintains operational aspects of the OT in collaboration with other service areas.
• Overall supervision of the Operating Rooms activities.
• Provides professional nursing care according to established standards and procedures.
• Assists in the administration of nursing programs by providing supervisory skills needed in directing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating nursing care and the delivery of patient care in OT.
• Responsible for the daily operations of the operating theater, ensuring that all procedures are conducted safely and efficiently.
Job Specifications:
Minimum Qualifications : GNM/B.Sc. Nursing recognized by INC / TSNC
Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in OT as Incharge
Ability to converse in local language, Hindi and English
Ability to be a good team player
