Job Summary:

• Seeking a dynamic resourceful candidate with good understanding of Subsurface data management and designing OSDU based solutions in cloud environment. Specialist is responsible for designing and managing the overall structure and organization of an organization\'s data assets. They ensure data is stored, accessed, and used efficiently and securely, aligning data architecture with business goals and requirements. Good understanding of Algorithms, and Data Structures in OSDU platform. Candidate must have an understanding of subsurface data structure, including seismic and well data. Candidate should be able to define and execute OSDU data management strategies and roadmaps for our oil and gas clients, aligning with their business needs and industry standards. Candidate should have the understanding of developing microservice based solution and hosting it on the cloud. He should be skilled in one or more programming languages like Python, Java, C#, Nodes.JS, Sql/NoSQL and REST API .

Primary Job Functions:

• Experience with industry data standards such as those of PPDM, Energetics, OSDU, and IOGP.

• Should have good understanding of OSDU architecture and its implementation with different CSPs. Familiarity with any one CSP (Azure/AWS/GCP/IBM). Experience with Azure services setup and usage like Azure functions, apps, cosmosDB.

• Exceptional knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and advanced data security strategies, such as encryption and access control.

• Provide expert guidance to oil and gas clients in data management best practices, OSDU\xe2\x84\xa2 data platform utilization, and Upstream processes such as subsurface interpretation, well delivery (planning, drilling, completing, producing), petrophysical analysis, Rock, and fluid core analysis, etc.

• Candidate should have Data Modeling Proficiency in creating complex data models and optimizing data structures for performance and scalability. Experience in OSDU data structure and mapping Experience in CFIHOS and ISO for oil & Gas engineering data standard and operations activities.

• Knowledge of Cloud-based storage management (Azure, AWS). Understanding of migrating data to the Cloud, setting up data storage solutions in Azure. Align with OSDU industry standards bodies to stay aligned with client needs. Help clients to integrate their proprietary application with OSDU for data exchange.

• Skills of data modeling, including multidimensional models, graph databases, and unstructured data, and the ability to innovate in this area.

• Strong understanding of data governance and security, with the ability to establish data policies and ensure data privacy and compliance. Understanding of complex SQL queries and be able to write them, relational databases and know how to use them to store and retrieve data.

• Basic knowledge with simple SQL queries, understanding relational and NoSQL databases and know how to use them to store and retrieve data. Understanding scripting & automation (Python / PowerShell etc).

• Frontend developer: Angular, React, Backend / Full Stack developer: Python, Java, C#, Nodes.JS, Sql, REST API . Scientific developer: Java / C++ developer with math / physics background (numerical analysis, modeling, simulations\xe2\x80\xa6)

• Exposure working in Agile methodologies and usage of tools like ADO Board. JIRA, ServiceNow Ticketing system.

• Ability to propose technical improvements (architecture, servers, tape drives, etc)

• Provide technical support for critical business applications to ensure uninterrupted operations. Monitor and resolve application-related issues, minimizing downtime and disruption.

• Experience in working with SCM tools like GIT or similar tool. Experience working using CLI in Unix/Linux server environments. Excellent problem-solving, debugging
