Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthodontist to join our prestigious clinic. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in orthodontics, demonstrating advanced technical skills and a deep understanding of various orthodontic treatments. This role requires a professional who excels in both patient care and collaborative work within a multi-specialty team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Evaluation and Diagnosis:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' dental and orthodontic needs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools including X-rays, digital imaging, and 3D scans to develop detailed treatment plans.
• Analyze patient records and collaborate with other dental specialists to ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Orthodontic Treatments:
• Design and implement customized orthodontic treatment plans using the latest techniques and technologies.
• Perform various orthodontic procedures including braces, clear aligners, and retainers.
• Adjust and monitor braces and aligners, making necessary modifications to achieve optimal results.
• Patient Care and Communication:
• Educate patients and their families about orthodontic procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
• Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.
• Address patient concerns and questions with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborative Work:
• Work closely with other specialists in the clinic to provide integrated patient care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss complex cases and share insights.
• Maintain effective communication with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and other support staff.
• Clinical Excellence:
• Stay current with the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques.
• Adhere to best practices and clinic protocols to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Practice Management:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior orthodontists and support staff.
• Participate in marketing and community outreach activities to promote the clinic and attract new patients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) with a specialization in Orthodontics.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of post-specialization clinical experience in orthodontics.
• Licensure: Valid dental license and board certification in orthodontics.
• Skills: Proficiency in advanced orthodontic techniques and technologies, excellent manual dexterity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
