Require Orthodontist - Full-Time for Pune Salary upto 50k (per month)

Shift: 11 AM - 8 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (Rotational off)
Note: No off on Saturdays and Sundays

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Orthodontist to join our dental care team. You will be responsible for handling aligner treatments, including Interproximal Tooth Material Reduction (IPR) and attaching aligner devices. You will also consult with patients, manage their treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform procedures like IPR and placing attachments for aligners.
• Guide patients on aligner treatments and explain the benefits.
• Manage patient cases, ensuring timely consultations and smooth treatment progress.
• Handle post-sales queries and offer teleconsultation when needed.
• Resolve patient issues and coordinate with other departments.
• Record patient feedback and generate reports.

Requirements:

• MDS in Orthodontics (Aligner certification preferred).
• Good knowledge of aligner treatments, IPR, and attachments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ?40,000 - ?50,000 per month
• (Freshers up to ?40,000)
