• Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and use expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities.
• End-to-end accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate Technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey.
• Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders, to understand and drive the product or service\'s direction.
• Applying subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes.
• Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.
• Partners with all stakeholders on large projects across Risk to provide architectural oversight throughout the life cycle of a project.
• Manage the reporting of progress, issues, dependencies, and risks to committees and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realization.
• Support solution development by providing, communicating, and evolving the broader technology and architectural view of the solution. Collaborate and align on solution with the Solution Architect.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 15-20 years of delivery experience and deep functional & technical ORMB knowledge to support the ORMB billing delivery activities
• Strong subject matter understanding of billing & revenue management
• Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered
• Oversee code management & environments. Manage releases & post release verification testing
• Support solution development & input into evolving architectural strategy
• Dev & test team capacity management/backlog management. Strong skill set in building CI/CD pipeline
• Experience in creating and circulating status reporting and dashboards and knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Agile methodologies, Sprint, Story Points, Task Estimations during sprint planning.
• Able to be flexible to support cross application areas as needed.
