• Monitor social media platforms, online forums, and review sites to track brand mentions and customer feedback.
• Assist in responding to negative reviews, comments, and customer feedback on digital platforms.
• Conduct sentiment analysis on online content to identify trends and potential issues that may affect brand reputation.
• Collaborate with the team to implement reputation management strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and maintain reports on online reputation, including tracking customer feedback and sentiment over time.
• Research and recommend strategies to improve online ratings, reviews, and overall brand perception.
• Assist in developing content that supports positive online engagement and enhances brand reputation.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?6,000.00 per month
