Monitoring the social handles & platforms across web Monitoring done through a tool + manually Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on brand social media pages Response management to be done smartly through a social media listening tool Sharing the brand comments real-time with the brand managers (of the respective brand) Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand Generating reports through the tool. The reports made in the PPT format which will be made after analysing the conversations which came in for the brand. III. ABOUT YOU Professional / Academic Requirements 1-2 years of relevant work experience A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field Technical Requirements Good knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) Basic understanding of social media analytics that will go into reports Proficient with the MS Office Software (Word, Power Point, Excel) Excellent communication and presentation skills IV.
