Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Organic Social Media Executive to join our team, focusing on expanding our brand presence across all social media channels. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a strong understanding of content strategies, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices. The candidate will manage organic campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a loyal community.
Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement organic social media strategies aligned with the brand's overall goals and voice across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for all channels, ensuring timely posting and cohesive messaging.
• Content Creation and Curation:
• Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, stories, videos, reels, and infographics tailored for each social platform.
• Collaborate with the creative team for visual assets, and write compelling, on-brand captions for maximum reach and engagement.
• Audience Engagement and Community Management:
• Proactively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
• Monitor conversations about the brand, industry trends, and competitor activity to suggest engagement opportunities and improvements.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of organic social media campaigns, using data to optimize future content and strategies.
• Use analytics tools (such as Meta Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure metrics like engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth.
• Trend Awareness and Innovation:
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and organic content marketing.
• Experiment with new formats, tactics, and platform features (such as Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Live, etc.) to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goals and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Coordinate with paid media teams to integrate organic and paid social efforts effectively.
Requirements:
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in organic social media management across multiple platforms.
• Skills: Strong copywriting skills, a keen eye for design, and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Creativity: Proven track record of creating engaging and innovative content that resonates with a brand's target audience.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on changing trends or business needs.
• Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
