We provide certification services to ensure that organic products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. Our mission is to promote sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural practices. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Organic Inspector located in Pune. The Organic Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections of organic farms and facilities to ensure compliance with organic certification standards. The day-to-day tasks include inspecting crops, livestock, and processing facilities, evaluating farming practices, and documenting findings. The Organic Inspector will also provide guidance and support to farmers and work closely with the certification team. Qualifications
- Organic Farming Practices knowledge.
- Food Inspection and Quality Control skills
- Experience in conducting inspections and evaluating compliance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the certification team
- Supervisory skills and ability to provide guidance and support to farmers
- Knowledge of organic certification standards and regulations
- Relevant qualifications in agriculture, food science, or related field
- Health insurance
