• Oversee the end-to-end order to cash processes and operations
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing financial transactions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in order to cash processes and operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across departments
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
