Greetings of the day

We are hiring for the role of Order Processing Executive for Ghansoli Navi Mumbai Location.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Receive and enter customers into the system.
• Coordinate with other departments such as warehouse, production and shipping to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• After receipt of all relevant document process further for order processing.
• Check all the PO before processing & mail to concern person regarding requirement of supporting documents and discrepancies, if any.
• Provide customer service and support throughout the order process.
• Track and report on order status to customers and management.
• Manage Inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to fulfill orders.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise with orders.
• Maintaining accurate record of customer orders and shipping details.
• Communicating with vendors for product procurement and order processing.
• Preparing Agreements & other documents to process the PO
• To Up-load all the order in ZOHO for updating ZOHO Book. Keeping check on ZOHO book for updating of orders.
• Follow up for OA, Follow up for Pro-forma from vendor; send mail to accounts for further processing of payment, Follow up for shipment., Follow up for dispatches with logistics and inform engineer for installation,Follow up for payments, sending hard copy of Invoice & Dc through courier to customers
• Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
• Updating the status of sales order in the database.
• Follow up for installation report with service engineers
• Preparing commission claim documents; updating in sheets in case of claim received.
• Updating data sheet on regular basis
• Maintain all the soft data in folders for future reference.
• Handling customer queries by call or through mails and solving in timely manner.
• Preparing monthly, weekly or daily sales analysis.
• Sales coordinators maintain sales records as a basis for reports to the senior management team. They prepare reports on sales by individual representatives, sales by product line and sales to individual customers.
• Sales Coordinator should also provide information to the finance department on incoming and completed orders as a basis for forecasting cash flow.
• Sales coordinators contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
