Job Description

Conduct or coordinate tests (e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronics, or dimensional) to verify the
quality of materials.
Working with team and ensure the inspection plan vs actual 100%.
Perform visual checks for defects, damages, or discrepancies in the materials.
Work closely with the relevant cross functional departments to resolve any material defects or
issues.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any non-conformances.
Ensure that components and finished products meet the required specifications and quality
standards before they are accepted for use in RDSO inspection.
Choose appropriate packing materials (e.g., bubble wrap, boxes, crates) to ensure that the
products are protected from damage during packing and transportation.
Ensure that all items are properly labelled with correct product details, batch numbers, safety
warnings, and other necessary documentation.
Ensure system and physical product serial is matching or not and post in SAP system.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent degradation or damage.
Work with the shipping department to ensure that packed goods are ready for delivery or shipment,
ensuring packaging efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Operate or supervise the use of handling equipment such as forklifts or trolleys to move materials
within the warehouse or facility.
Ensure proper safety protocols are followed during the handling of materials, including personal
protective equipment (PPE), lifting techniques, and proper storage practices.
Oversee and ensure that materials are handled carefully to prevent any damage during storage,
movement, or transportation
Working in organizing materials in the inspection are and warehouse, ensuring easy access, and
minimizing handling time.
Track the movement of materials within the plant or warehouse to ensure efficiency and avoid
bottlenecks.
Ensure proper documentation of material stocks and their condition.
Work with production or manufacturing, Warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of
materials in the right condition for inspection.
Work with Warehouse, shipment logistics or distribution teams to ensure proper handling and
delivery of finished products.
Suggest improvements to inspection, packing, or material handling processes to increase
efficiency, reduce costs, or improve quality.
