Description

  • Expertise in SAP Order Management Transactions & Documentation
  • Understanding of Order Management process and involve in resolving issues
  • Understands the Sales order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it.
  • Process standard and some complex sales orders requiring deep process and system knowledge, escalates issues as required
  • Develops expertise to undertake transactional process steps in assigned process specialist roles.
  • Help facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.
  • Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers
  • Process customer order with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy while taking accountability for the transactions.
  • Participates in team development activities including on the job trainings.
  • Supports implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (preferably in Commerce)
  • 5-15 years of work experience in Domestic & International Order Management
  • Should be proficient in Excel and should possess good analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good Commercial & SAP knowledge in OTC module
  • MS Skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, consumers and coworkers in a diverse culture.
  • Strong desire and passion to help people
  • Accuracy & Speed
