Description

Expertise in SAP Order Management Transactions & Documentation
Understanding of Order Management process and involve in resolving issues
Understands the Sales order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it.
Process standard and some complex sales orders requiring deep process and system knowledge, escalates issues as required
Develops expertise to undertake transactional process steps in assigned process specialist roles.
Help facilitate, analyze and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.
Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers
Process customer order with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy while taking accountability for the transactions.
Participates in team development activities including on the job trainings.
Supports implementation of continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s Degree (preferably in Commerce)
5-15 years of work experience in Domestic & International Order Management
Should be proficient in Excel and should possess good analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good Commercial & SAP knowledge in OTC module
MS Skills
Ability to build relationships with clients, consumers and coworkers in a diverse culture.
Strong desire and passion to help people
