The position / About the Job:

In this job the Order handler would be responsible for:
  • Secure Customer orders & their processes by delivering spare parts as per lead time.
  • Knowing complete order handling process for local as well as GMU orders.
  • Work in close coordination with internal Sales on 4 weeks Rolling Plan, order changes, rescheduling and maintaining records of order cancellations.
  • Handling enquiries, quotations, correspondence for GMU requirements.
  • Facilitate order changes (Customer and Supplier order)
  • Focus on Problem Resolution and optimization of order handling processes.
  • Provide update on order status escalate deviations in established processes, work proactively towards removal of constraints for smoother execution of orders.
  • Contribute to improvement of overall departmental KPIs - DOTp, OFLTd, SDOT and stock availability.
  • Prioritize material for Urgent Order
  • Secure end-to-end supply chain (planning to execution)
  • Customer Focus & Act as a customer representative internal.

Qualification, Knowledge, and skills:
  • BE Mechanical/Production with 1-3 years relevant experience In Order Handling position.
  • Hands on experience of using ERP.
  • Microsoft Office 365; Excel,
  • White/ Yellow belt training is preferable.

As an Order handler and Planner based in Pune to responsible order entry, Order follow up and maintenance, communicate with various stakeholders on pending orders status. Coordinate order changes and rescheduling in cooperation with Order to Cash.
