Order Fulfilment SpecialistKEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES\xc2\xb7 Accept and validate sales order by checking references and validating relevant information. Chase in case un-availability of order is seen and update the order based on provided delivery proposal, where needed select proposed alternatives and update order status\xc2\xb7 Create sales orders manually as well as monitor automated created sales orders, supported by various channels (including return flow)\xc2\xb7 Confirm sales orders to customers.\xc2\xb7 Focus on the flow that is not touchless and one -time-right (unhappy flow) to make sure these orders are fulfilled.\xc2\xb7 Solve root causes of non-touchless flow in a quick and efficient way by getting in touch with the right person\xc2\xb7 Reporting on order receipts and order status\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the administrative flow of all types of Sales orders from order intake to sales recognition.\xc2\xb7 Managing sales orders up to delivery to 3PL/forwarding.\xc2\xb7 Screening of complex orders (specials) regarding technical content and commercial correctness.\xc2\xb7 Managing specials, combined shipment, missing or dead on arrival.\xc2\xb7 Monthly reporting of order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels\xc2\xb7 Coordinate customer inquiries. Responsible to create or coordinate the creation of the documents which are required for import in the destination country\xc2\xb7 Responsible to release customer billing as requested by the market finance and create customer facing documents which meet local fiscal and legal requirements on time and first-time right\xc2\xb7 Managing 3rd Party Purchase Orders: PO creation, deliveries and quality related activitiesJOB OVERVIEW\xc2\xb7 Pre-screening of complex orders. Analyzes the order in computer system based on the commercial catalog with data from the technical catalog.\xc2\xb7 Describes what the customer wants, where it differs from the commercial catalog and formulates possible solutions.\xc2\xb7 Adapts the technical content of the order\xc2\xb7 Attunes with Sales.\xc2\xb7 Passes the order to Manufacturing\xc2\xb7 Sending special orders. Receives ready signal of manufacturing planner.\xc2\xb7 Orders for goods to pack and send. Dead on arrival claims:\xc2\xb7 Logs the error, examines whether the claim is justified.\xc2\xb7 Requests the internally responsible to deliver substitute goods.\xc2\xb7 Creates an invoice and lets the order be shipped.REQUIRED COMPETENCES
