Overview:
The Order Fulfilment Process Excellence Specialist will be a key enabler for execution of the Supply Chain Roadmap and align with the company s transformation & digitalization journey.

As part of the Order Fulfilment Process Excellence organization, you will be part of a Global team driving optimization, standardization and automation of the Order handling & Logistics processes. As a process Excellence specialist you will be working on continues improvements, drive implementation of new working processes, leading and participating in various projects and provide guidance and training to local teams and subject matter experts.


This remote role that will be located in India and report directly to the Global Order Fulfillment & Process Excellence Leader. Responsibilities:

Lead or participate in complex cross functional Global or regional projects through define to control phase.

Act as Global Process Owner and build up SME/Process community, and provide guidance, support & process governance to the Regional Order fulfillment teams to ensure a harmonized approach around Service, Cost, Sustainability and Quality

Assess performance, continuously optimize current process and physical network, identify opportunities to optimize, automate and standardize including challenging the status quo.

Ensure the achievement of committed objectives, anticipate future trends and assess opportunities - in terms of new business, volume changes, impacts and risks to be addressed.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required (Supply Chain, Business Administration,
Logistics)

8-10 years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Customer Service, with Project Management experience, preferable in a complex global manufacturing environment.

  • Strong Project Management Skillsets
  • Effective Presentation & Storytelling abilities
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Process Improvement experience, preferable Sig Sigma and Lean certified.
  • Ability to be self-directed, detail oriented, adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve company goals
