• Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage incoming orders accurately.
• Track and update order status in the system.
• Accurately input data into company systems and databases.
• Maintain updated records of orders, shipments, and customer details.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Handle inquiries from clients and internal teams professionally.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders.
• Generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Present data insights and maintain organized records.
• Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelors and Masters from commerce background required.
• Minimum Exp : Fresher can apply.
• Maximum Exp : 3 Years.
• Skills and Competencies Required:
• Proficiency in creating and managing spreadsheets, formulas, and basic reporting tools.
• Familiarity with general computer operations and data management software.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining data integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and teams.
