Our client is an India Based Start-up organization developing and providing IT enabled services to MNC\'s in the field of ERP, Data Science and Analytics. We help people and companies lead the way with futuristic predictive insights, enabling organizations to take decisions quickly. Selected candidate would join our client\'s ERP Group located in Bangalore. The candidate will work closely with client operations organization to design, develop and manage ERP solutions using various tools and technologies. Some work might also involve superior data handling skills to support various aspects of planning and decision making. This includes. Responsibilities Support Oracle EBS platform, being diligent to understand the issues/user requirements and fixing/proposing a solution. Resolve day-to-day issues faced by the Business users such as application understanding issues, configuration issues, data corruption issues and product issues. Design Technical/Functional solutions based on business requirement. Functional test, unit test and debug applications, utilities, custom objects and reports developed. Raise TARs with Oracle metalink support for the product and data issues and get a fix from Oracle. Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree in engineering with 7+ Years of experience in Oracle EBS as Techno Functional Consultant. Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL programming language Good working knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1.3 and 12.2.3 in one or more of the following Modules a) Financial (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, etc) b) Order Management c) Inventory Management d) Costing Supporting development tools / frameworks 1. Oracle Forms Developer 2. Oracle Workflow Developer 3. Oracle Reports Developer 4. Oracle Web ADI 5. Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Ability to design and develop RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements) Components (Also called CEMLI) Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting Prior experience of Oracle Application Support projects, Rollouts, Upgrades Well versed with O2C, P2P processes inside Oracle EBS Has knowledge of Oracle EBS Application Object Library, BI Publisher Good to have knowledge of Fusion cloud financials, ADF, OTBI Should be good in communication skills and should be able to document requirements as per the EBS documentation standards MD50, MD70 etc. Personal Attributes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail oriented Good written skills, able to effectively communicate with business and technical teams.
