An important part of your role will be to actively participate within the client engagement by executing the engagement deliverables with the guidance of seniors and managers.
In line with EY's commitment to quality, you'll ensure that work is of high quality and review comments from seniors are adequately addressed. You'll help to create a positive learning culture, share innovation/automation/business/improvement ideas, take ownership to complete the assigned tasks and assist fellow team members while delivering an assignment.Client responsibilities

• Participate in niche skill engagements
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
• Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
• Conduct research and assist senior team members for preparing client presentations and information memorandums

• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures
• Continuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignments

Requirements (including experience, skills and additional qualifications)Technical skills requirements

• B.E/B Tech (Comp. Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications)
• Knowledge of programming languages like C/C++/HTML/ABAP/VB/SQL/DOT NET
• Proficient in MS-Office tools - Excel, Word and PowerPoint, ACL
• Other Job Skills Preferred:
• Worked on technical projects related to IT domain

• Focus to ensure successful and timely delivery of quality deliverables.
• Actively support other team members to implement the internal innovation ideas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills are must
• Eye for details and willing to take up new challenges in day to day work
• Industry training /full time experience with a blue-chip consulting organization and/or a blue chip organization
• Willingness to stretch and go an extra mile to meet project engagement activities
